Thomas Higgins are a law firm specialising in debt recovery. We were approached to develop a corporate brochure. We were careful to avoid the traditional image of debt recovery as being ‘bailiffs and bother’ and focused on service delivery. We looked at the key reasons people instruct the firm and the positive impact this has on their lives and businesses.
Many law firms market to clients on the basis of what they want to say and what matters to them, not what the client wants and what value the firm can have to their business.
Each spread used real world client feedback to make the client the firms ambassadors. We moved away from traditional corporate images and used striking shots that related to the client sectors featured.
